Payment Terms and Conditions.

Payment Terms and conditions for hire services only. 

10% of quote price must be paid when bookings are made to secure the booking.

Until the deposit is paid the goods in your quote are free to be booked to someone else until such a time as a deposit is paid. Quotes are only valid for 14 days.

The 10% deposit is not refundable if you cancel.

 

The remaining 90% of the balance is to be paid no less than 7 days prior to the function date, at which time final numbers must be given, any changes to numbers after this time will not be refunded.

 

At this time there is a $150.00 security deposit to be paid. The $150.00 security deposit is fully refundable once all goods are returned and are all undamaged. In the case of loss or damage, the replacement or repair cost will be deducted from the security deposit and the balance will be refunded to you.

 ALL breakages, damages and loss must be paid for in full, Classy Celebrations will not enter into negotiations over who is responsible for loss or damages that happen once the goods leave our store or after they have been set up by our team at your venue.
